Shipping/Buying policy

You must be 18 to order an airsoft/paintball gun or in store a parent or guardian can approve the purchase.

If ordering online then the parent or guardian should be the buyer as items require a signature and proof of id.

If an item is ordered and the customer is not 18+ there will be a 5% restocking fee to cover transaction fees on credit cards.

If the item is shipped and age cannot be verified, then the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, the cost to ship out, and the cost to return. Even if there is free shipping on purchase. The rate Maier Hardware paid to ship and receive will be charged to the customer along with the 5% restocking fee.

 

Warranty info

All guns have a manufacturers warranty that changes based on the brand. This does not include user damage, playing in weather too cold, breaking it while attempting to mod, etc. It will be at staff decision and may require being shipped back to the supplier for repair.

Inventory is updated manually, please call to double check stock if you are coming in to look at something special.
